Refunds

Due to sanitary purposes, no returns or exchanges will be offered. All Astridmoon products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure that you receive the item in the best condition. 

However, if for any reason the product you received is defected, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise in their original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date your order was placed.
