How many uses can you get from these lashes?

With proper care (see our How To page), our lashes can be worn up to 20X (mink lashes) and 25X-30X (faux mink lashes).

How long are shipping times?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process.

Products will be shipped within 2 business days (not including holidays/weekends) of your order. Each product at Astridmoon has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer $30 USD standard international shipping and express shipping options for international orders. Free shipping is available for international orders over $130 USD.

Do you do local pickup or delivery?

Yes, we do local pickup for anyone in the GTA area!

Local delivery is available for orders over $50 USD only. Delivery in the GTA varies depending on distance from our shipping location. Please input your address at checkout to see if it's available to you.

What is your default currency?

Our store currency is in USD and can be switched to your local currency at the top left corner. All orders placed will be charged in USD at checkout.

What if I chose the e-Transfer option?

For Canadians that choose our e-Transfer option at checkout, an email will be provided within 24 hours on where to send the payment to. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see an email from us. All payments will be converted from USD to CAD. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order— if it's the wrong style, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted— please contact us at You won't be asked to ship the product back to us due to sanitary purposes.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges due to sanitary purposes. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, please contact us at
